Relevant experience
Parlindungan Siahaan (“Parlin”) is experienced in dealing with accounting and auditing issues and familiar with International accounting and auditing standards, being an audit partner used to assign to the Multi National Clients (MNC) audit group of One of the Big Four Audit Firm, an audit group that handles multinational and international corporation. With extensive skills in the audit of various companies in different industries, having been an auditor for more than twenty-six (26) years in the aforementioned one of the Big Four Audit Firm. In 2010, Parlin joined the Asia Pacific TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) Business School in Beijing, China. He was also a TMT Industry leader of the Firm. Parlin was heavily involved in a team that providing Sarbanes-Oxley readiness assessment/services to a Foreign US listed Company in Indonesia. His extensive experience spans across a number of industries such as consumer, manufacturing, plantation/agriculture, construction, technology, media and telecommunication, hospitality and trading businesses. In addition, Parlin also has experience in the audit working for the listed of companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Professional Qualification
Parlin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) of Indonesia, Registered CPA Supporting to Indonesia Capital Market, a Registered State Accountant, and a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (IICPA) and the Indonesian Institute of Accountant (IAI). Parlin Holds Master Degree in Financial Management and IFRS accredited.
